Dr. Erin Kinney is a naturopathic doctor, author, speaker, and recognized expert in stress recovery, burnout, and hormone health. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to helping people understand the profound impact chronic stress has on the body and what it takes to truly recover.
After experiencing adrenal fatigue herself, Dr. Kinney became passionate about helping others uncover the root causes of their symptoms rather than simply managing them. Her personal experience, combined with years of clinical practice, has shaped her practical and compassionate approach to helping people restore their energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
As the creator of the Stress Reset Formula™ and author of The Cortisol Cure, Dr. Kinney combines science, clinical expertise, and real-world application to educate audiences on the connection between stress, cortisol, hormones, energy, mood, and long-term health. Through her clinical work, programs, writing, and educational resources, she has helped hundreds of patients overcome fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, insomnia, hormone imbalances, and other stress-related health challenges.
Dr. Kinney believes the body is designed to heal when given the right support. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, understand the effects of chronic stress, and create sustainable changes that lead to lasting health.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Kinney is a sought-after speaker who shares practical, science-based strategies for stress recovery, hormone health, and burnout prevention. She serves as the Immediate Past President of the Maryland Naturopathic Doctors Association and is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
Dr. Kinney earned her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. Today, she continues to educate audiences through her writing, speaking engagements, programs, and online community while helping people move beyond survival mode and reclaim their vitality.
When she is not caring for patients, writing, or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, practicing yoga, reading, and traveling.
